In the application, identify every author with first name, last name, middle name if applicable, email and phone. ORCID is optional. Select exactly one corresponding author.
3. Originality and authorship
Every co-author must approve the submission and final publication. Disclose relevant conflicts of interest and material AI assistance. AI tools are not authors. Obtain ethics approval and participant consent where required, and rights to third-party materials. Do not include confidential or identifiable research participant data without a proper lawful basis.
4. Review with human oversight
We use preliminary AI-assisted review followed by assessment and approval by specialists in the field of the submitted article. Humans make final acceptance and rejection decisions. Review considers relevance, originality, methods, evidence, ethics and clarity. Revisions may be requested. Authors may request human reconsideration of a decision.
5. Asynchronous participation and publication
Participate in the conference asynchronously by providing the full text of your paper for publication. Travel and a live presentation are not required. After acceptance, complete registration and any requested final revisions by the edition’s deadlines.
Registered, compliant papers are published in open-access proceedings with an ISBN. Every published article receives its own DOI. Digital certificates are provided for all participating co-authors. The publication licence and integrity policy govern permissions, corrections and retractions.
Submission is free; registration is per accepted paper. Current prices and deadlines are shown on the home page and calendar. The full order price and contract are displayed before payment.
